We have two monster sized dragon fruit plants here. Rarely any fruit but when they bloom it's really special to see.

That is awesome, Joseph. The trick to getting the fruit is that you have to hand-pollinate them. Since they are night bloomers, they rely upon bats and large moths to be their pollinators, which, outside of their native lands, are not always around.
