Description
Fishing is an integral part of Tahitian life. One of the type of traditional fishing in Tahiti and throughout polynesia is net fishing. In the evenings, schools of small fish gather along the shoreline, making it easy to gather them into a hand net for the evening meal. Some evenings, light this one, a spectacular sunset paints the sky and lacquers the calm lagoon waters in brilliant, golden light.
