Description
While on Tanna Island in Vanuatu, I spent a day photgraphing flowers and plants. Many of the plants I had not a clue what they were or their names. This is a tiny flowering 'weed'. Near this one flowering were seed pods of the the plants that had completed flowering. This flower head was not even the size of a dime. If you look closely there are tiny flies and other bugs feeding off the blooms. What a world of wonder we live in - there are universes of life and beauty in plain sight every day.
