Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

After hiking down a short, very steep 0.6 mile hill at the end of the road on the northern end of the Big Island, you will find this beautiful beach, Pololū Beach. It is a black, lava rock beach, with the rocks polished into oblong shapes. As in this photo, the sometimes huge surf that can come into the beach drives a large amount of driftwood logs to the top of the beach. These logs come from large trees that are washed down rivers after torrential rains up-root them. In the far distance you can see several small islets called mokus in Hawaiian, which are locations of protected bird sanctuaries.
