Two elegant anthuriums from my yard. Two of my favorite colors, peppermint whorl and firey patent leather red. These anthuriums are so shiny, even when dry, is is nearly impossible to phototraph them in sunlight as any highlights will be blown out. I photographed them on a grey, overcast day, still growing in the ground and blacked out the blackground to emphasize their elegant beauty.
