This is a digitally altered photograph to have the appearance of a watercolor. The image I used to create this piece was part of a series of photographs of one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever witnessed. As the sun rose, lines of rain squalls traveled across the surface of the ocean absorbing the sunlight and pouring it down in golden curtains.
